How Repair Solutions collects and processes your personal data.

Last updated: September 2026 · This is a template for guidance only. Please have it reviewed for GDPR compliance before relying on it.

1. Data controller

Repair Solutions, Godthåbsvej 46, DK-2000 Frederiksberg, is the data controller for the personal data we process about you. You can reach us at repairsolutionsdk@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, place an order, or book a repair — such as your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. When you pay online, payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to fulfil orders and repairs, manage your account, provide customer service, and comply with legal obligations such as bookkeeping. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and our legitimate interests, and where required, your consent.

4. Sharing your data

We share data with the service providers needed to run the shop — for example our payment provider (Stripe), our hosting and database provider (Supabase), and the carriers who deliver your parcels. They only process data on our behalf.

5. Storage period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal requirements, including the bookkeeping obligation to retain accounting records for five years.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, to object to and restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise your rights, contact us at repairsolutionsdk@gmail.com.

7. Cookies

The site uses necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. Any non-essential cookies are only used with your consent.

8. Complaints

If you have concerns about how we handle your data, you may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.datatilsynet.dk.
